•               Installation Support

•               Assist module installation teams by positioning modules for fastening.

•               Communicate effectively with installers, equipment operators, and supervisors to coordinate module flow.

•               Identify and report damaged modules or packaging issues.

•               Safety & Compliance

•               Follow all site safety protocols, including PPE requirements, equipment operation rules, and hazard reporting.

•               Maintain clean and organized work areas to reduce trip hazards and improve workflow.

•               Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.

•               Equipment & Material Management

•               Use approved material‑handling tools (carts, lifts, dollies) to move modules safely.

•               Support inventory tracking by reporting module counts, shortages, or discrepancies.

•               Protect modules from damage during handling, staging, and placement.

Qualifications

•               Experience in construction, solar installation, or general labor preferred.

•               Ability to lift and carry solar modules repeatedly (typically 40–55 lbs).

•               Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

•               Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.

•               Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus in a fast‑paced environment.

•               Commitment to safety and quality.

Work Environment

•               Utility‑scale solar construction site with uneven terrain, heavy equipment, and active installation zones.
