POSITION SUMMARIES
Boilermaker:
- Assemble, repair, and maintain boilers, tanks, pressure vessels
 - Read blueprints; drill, tap, bolt, and install components
 - Replace defective parts; cut metal with torch
 - Install/repair refractory brick and caulk riveted seams
 
Ironworker:
- Assemble steel frameworks (girders, columns, etc.)
 - Read blueprints, unload deliveries, and guide steel into place
 - Bolt/weld members, verify alignment, and assist with rigging
 
Millwright:
- Install, align, and maintain heavy industrial machinery
 - Read blueprints; dismantle and move equipment
 - Assemble and secure equipment; perform repairs and lubrication
 - Operate engine lathe; perform grouting as needed
 
Rigger:
- Rig and move materials/equipment safely
 - Select rigging gear based on load specs
 - Attach loads and communicate with crane operators
 - Set up and secure hoisting equipment; splice ropes and direct lift operations
 
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience (depending on position level)
 - Must pass a post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical exam
 - Completion of New Hire Orientation Quiz
 - Must not pose a direct safety/health risk to self or others
 - Must meet job site safety and appearance requirements (clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
 - Must use required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness, etc.)
 
Physical Requirements:
- Comply with drug & alcohol policy
 - Able to pass company-required physical exams
 - Capable of climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working at heights or in confined spaces
 - Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. (use assistance for heavier loads)
 - Able to stand/walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces
 - Must be clean-shaven for respirator use
 - Work in various conditions (mud, gravel, concrete, etc.) and extended hours as needed
 
General Expectations:
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
 - Use hand/power tools safely
 - Perform quality work per project specs
 - Maintain accountability for tools and materials
